I. V. Hillard

Dr. I.V. Hilliard founded New Light Church World Outreach and Worship Centers, Inc. in 1984 with only 23 members. Today, New Light Christian Center Church, One Church in Multiple Locations; has over 20,000 members. His television program Changing Lives Through Faith can be seen nationwide on BET, GEB, and The WORD Network as well as local stations throughout Texas.

New Light Christian Center Church has two Houston locations and has established extension locations in Austin and Beaumont, Texas. New Light Christian Center Church employs over 260 people in various divisions including: a nationwide television ministry, a drug rehabilitation center, its own satellite network, an aviation division, daycare, and elementary school.
